A Silver Spring gem. Order the hanger steak and frites. It is perfect the meat was cooked perfectly medium rare, soft, tender, juicy and flavorful. The fries are just as delicious. Also recommend the lavender margarita.

As the name gives away, Urban Butcher is known for their meat, so go for the aged beef or order the simple hanger steak and frites. Cooked to perfection at medium rare, the tender, juicy and flavorful steak is to die for. Their lavender Margarita is strong with a great flavor, even if you're not a fan of lavender. They also have a reputation for their brunch, so take a look at that as well.
